Workshop Fee Waivers

Before requesting a fee waiver, visit our Workshop Page. You will need the name, date, and time of the workshop you would like to attend to fill out the form below.

If you qualify for a fee waiver it may be applied to any of the workshops we offer. Fee Waivers will be awarded on a first come, first served basis as long as funding is available.

Who Qualifies For a Fee Waiver?

  • Anyone who is a current recipient of at least one of the following programs: Section 8, SNAP, OHP, Free and Reduced Lunch Program, or Medicaid.

    OR

  • Anyone who identifies as Indigenous, Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, or First Nations.

How Many Fee Waivers Can You Request?

  • Each individual may request a fee waiver for one workshop at a time.

  • Once you have attended that workshop, you may come back to request another fee waiver. We love to see returning participants!

No-Show Policy

We understand circumstances change and life gets in the way. However, if you aren’t able to attend a workshop for which you’ve received a fee waiver, please let us know as soon as possible!To ensure funds remain available to as many applicants as possible, our“no-show” policy is as follows:

  • If a fee waiver applicant is a no-show for a workshop they were awarded, and does not give notice, they will be ineligible for the award of another fee waiver for the remainder of the calendar year.

  • If a fee waiver applicant is a no-show for a workshop they were awarded, and does give notice, they may re-apply for another fee waiver if funding is still available, but may not transfer the fee waiver for the canceled workshop to a different date.
