Visit The Community Orchard

Stop in for some self guided edible landscape inspiration! We love to see visitors exploring the space. We also welcome groups, clubs, and students for privately scheduled tours, field trips, and service learning opportunities. Details below.

Open To The Public:

Tuesdays & Saturdays from 10am - 2pm

HOEC is a working farm, but we welcome the public in for exploration during open hours, so stop in for a picnic or some self guided exploration! We do close occasionally for weather or holiday. If you are traveling a distance and want to be sure we are open, please call or email in advance.

Know Before You Go:

  • HOEC is NOT a U-Pick Farm. Please do NOT pick the fruit or remove cuttings from the orchard. If you would like to take home fruit, please talk to Tonia Lordy, our Executive Director on site, sign up for one of our Orchard CSA Fruit Share programs, or become an HOEC volunteer. 🍎

  • No alcohol, drugs, or smoking on site.

  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Please check in before bringing a pet inside the orchard.
