Home Orchard Education Center

A 501(c)3 non-profit centered around an established fruit-focused botanical garden, located in Clackamas County, Oregon.

HOEC offers horticultural education, volunteer opportunities, a venue for inter-generational connection, and fruit-focused CSA subscriptions within a unique Community Orchard setting. This special gathering place is a humming hive of community collaboration, and a hub for the distribution of fresh, local, naturally grown fruit.

Co-sponsored by HOEC and the Horticulture Department at Clackamas Community College. Join us for a hands-on workshop and learn how to graft your own apple or pear trees using bench grafting techniques! The price of class includes a fruit tree of your very own to take home.

Spring Plant Sale

Spring is here, and it’s the perfect time to grow! Visit our Spring Plant Sale and take home a wide variety of grafted fruit trees, vines, shrubs, berries, and plants for pollinators and beneficial insects.

If you pre-ordered a custom-grafted tree this winter, this is your chance to pick up your order. Don't miss this opportunity to support HOEC and find high-quality plants to thrive in your landscape.
