Winter Workshop Series: Blueberry Pruning Saturday, MARCH 15th, 2025 11am - 1pm
Properly pruned blueberry plants produce larger crops of sweeter fruit and have fewer pest and disease problems affecting their long-term health and productivity.
Join us in the HOEC Community Orchard for this hands-on workshop, to learn the best pruning practices for your blueberry plants. After instruction and a demonstration, every student will have the opportunity for some guided hands-on practice.

Know before you go:
If you have them, please bring bypass hand pruners, loppers, and a pruning saw; if you don’t have your own, you may borrow from our stash.
Please bring safety glasses or other eye protection.
All workshops are held outdoors rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather!
